Five string bass

DukeT	Post: Jun 26th 2008 at 9:16 PM   Hi. Before I start, this app is really great. I'm a (crap) bassist and it's been of great use. However, when a track with a five sting bass track is loaded and lowered to four strings, any notes on that string are removed, even if it is possible to play the note using one of the other strings. Would it be possible in a future version to, where possible change notes to a different string, and possibly flag up where it can't be changed?

Johnny	Post: Jun 26th 2008 at 10:55 PM   There can be a lot of problems if those things are done automatically, because your use case is not the only one. But you can manually move all the tones from the fifth string to the fourth one (with shift+Up/shift+Down) and then remove that string.
