save options for export to lilypond

very nice improvement with export to lilypond in TG 1.0 RC4! however - would it be possible to save one's settings ("layout options") - omit totally (not only not using it later on) the stuff that was not checked - this augments the readability of the export files. in this context I also think the fret numbers could/should not be generated when the tablature export is unchecked.
