Hi developers.
I'm currently developing a C# GuitarPro Player. As my development cycle I had been able to write some features which are not available in TuxGuitar yet. As I want to help your project I want to ask how I can send you the enhanced source.

Some mainfeatures I have implemented are:
* "LetRing" support (reading and midi generation)
* mix table changes (reading and midi generation)
* page setup (reading)
* some other effects (+enhancements) like slide types (only reading yet)

Feel free to adapt all changes to tuxguitar :)
