expand Open/Close Repeat bars

There will be cool if you have some bars limited by a Open repeat and close repeat signs and you can expand them automaticaly, making the needed copies of the patterns that there will be repeated (so you can make minor changes to some points of the song without having to copy all the repeated patterns.
