Import MIDI Marker

It could be nice to import the MIDI marker. I did it on my local TuxGuitar version, in order to be able to generate template gp5 file from Logic project where we defined those markers. You just have to instantiate a TGMarker with the value of the midi data when you get a midi message of type MetaMessage having a type equals to 6.
