I'm not sure if this applies to the latest version, but when Guitar Pro files that were made in TuxGuitar are opened in Guitar Pro, the drum track is supposedly a "piano track". It still sounds as drums, but it doesn't allow for the tablature to be edited. If that could be changed in future versions it would probably be very helpful. :)
