Ok I found a way to do it... not very academic but it works for training

The way I did it is to change the rythmic signature of the first mesure to 1/4 instead and then reset the next mesure to the original value.
The problem is that a "1/4" is writen in the first mesure and (in my case) a "3/4" in the second one.
