Minor issue with Copy Measure

Measure\|Copy Measure opens up a window with two number fields with arrow buttons. I'm trying to copy measures 25 through 28, so I type '2'-'5'-'TAB'-'2'-'8'. Unfortunately, in the second box '2' causes it to fill the box with 25 as in the first box, so typing '8' makes it read simply 8.
