1.0rc3: I was exporting a file to midi, it already existed. It asked me about transposing, then the file name, then asked me if I wanted to replace it, then came up with a separate dialog "The file already exists, do you want to replace it". It probably shouldn't ask twice in a row (unless it's running on Windows Vista)

mm it don't happend here..
tuxguitar check that only 1 time..
maybe is "vista" who add the first question.

i mean.. are you complety sure is the same "dialog" ?

I'm running OSX 10.5 not vista. Sorry - the vista comment was a joke, about how many times Vista asks "do you want to do this" in various situations.

The two dialogs are not quite the same. The first dialog:

"Name.mid" already exists. Do you want to replace it?

A file or folder with the same name already exists on the Desktop. Replacing it will overwrite its current contents.

And the second dialog:

This file already exists, Do you want to overwrite it?

(In this second dialog, there's a typo: it should be "exists. Do" or "exists, do"

This is from tuxguitar ( on english translation ).

tuxguitar don't show that message.
it seems is the OS, who show it on the File Chooser Dialog.
So i really can't do nothing to fix it.
