Subject Failed to open custom soundbank Windows   Post Reply Post New Topic

I downloaded the newest version of TuxGuitar for windows, but got the unavailable soundbank message. I downloaded the deluxe Java soundbank and used that as a custom soundbank. When I opened TuxGuitar it said failed to open custom soundbank file. I have also tried the midsize soundbank with the same result. What is goin on?

something is wrong on that soundbank file..
did you unzip the downloaded file ?
