Transferring Tracks Between TG + GP5

My band members all use guitar pro 5 but I prefer using Tux Guitar, and when I save a song in Tux Guitar with a drum track, it will open in guitar pro with a piano track viewable instead of the percussion track but it still plays the uneditable percussion track. How can I fix this?
