Chord diagrams in lilypond export

I recognized two minor problems in lilypond export. 1. The names of the chord diagrams are missing. 2. The number of strings in chord diagrams does not match the fretboard of the instruments other than guitar, e.g. a banjo chord diagram shows 6 strings instead of 4 strings.
