It shouldn't be in spanish as default.. it's supposed that it takes default locale from your OS.
if you have it in spanish, "Tools -> Settings" should be translated too.
So menu should be "Herramientas -> Preferencias"
click on "Idioma" (language).
select your language and click "Aceptar" ( accept )
Then you will see a question dialog.. asking if you want to apply changes now, but in spanish. choose "Si" button, that means "Yes".
