Bass clef.

When I downloaded Guitar Pro songs for Tuxguitar with a bass track, it has the right notes but it shows it in treble clef, which makes it a pain to read the notes. I switched the clef to bass, but it won't save; whenever I reopen the song, the part is in treble clef. How can I save a song so that it stays in bass clef.

The problem is that tuxguitar is not 100% compat with GP file format. there are things, like clef, that can't be saved/readed from tuxguitar. if you want work with tuxguitar, and keep all your info you need to save the file to .tg file format.
