Inserting a note in a score without deleting

OK, I haven't been able to figure that one after playing with the program for a while. Lets say you have a passage in 4/4 and you wrote 2 measures worth of quarter notes. You don't want to delete, you want to just add one note on the first spot of measure two, effectively pushing the whole measure to the right, so the last note of measure 2 will now be first note in measure three. Any idea on how to do this?
