There is a new function to move all notes to right/left to the whole track, but it's on development version ( will be available for next release )

I'm looking forward to this new function, too. I'm trying to transcribe a song using TuxGuitar and it's always a bit of a disaster when I get the duration of note wrong, because I have to correct all the following bars by hand.
