Meaning of "E/G#"

Hi everybody ! I'm just discovering Tuxguitar and I am so happy to use such a useful tool ! I was trying to play a few chords on my guitar ( as a beginner ) and in a song I have found the following sign : "E/G#" What does it mean exactly ? How is it possible to add this sign in a tuxguitar document through the "A" shortcut ? Thanks a lot for your help.

It is usual E chord but with G# in bass. So as a tab it would be 0 x 0 9 1 or 9 2 maybe 9 2 11 4
