 Tuxguitar being bundled with tabs on ebay?

Found this (and several others like it) on the bay this morning.
I haven't actually ordered it, but it appears to be using the windows version of Tuxguitar as a primary part of the package

This is legal.
TuxGuitar's license (LGPL) allow you copy/modify/distribute it.
By other hand, what this guy is selling is a "pack" of things. not tuxguitar itself
What i think is not legal is about "zeppelin tabs". they are copyrighted (reason why some sites like MySongBook had problems).

I have a question about online scores.
If MySongBook is illegal, Is http://community.tuxguitar.com.ar/ legal?
If a website itself doesn't provide any score, and all scores
are uploaded by users, is it legal?

I noticed scores on http://community.tuxguitar.com.ar/ are old or un-published before, and that makes it legal ?
What about a variation of an existing song by user himself/herself?

And there are a lot of online documents communities sharing pdf, doc, rtf, etc, documents, many of them are published, are they legal?

Well each country have it's own "laws". so all cases you mention are different (sites hosted on other countries)
by other hand it's not about tablatures, pdf, etc... it's about copyrighted things.. and what about youtube ?

no, published or no, don't make one thing legal or no..
first back to the same.. each country have different laws..
but anyway, each product also may have or no legal restrictions.. it's not about if is a .doc file or no.. it's about if .doc owner made any legal restriction with it.
on the tuxguitar community we tried to make something where you could share your tabs ( it don't means pirate tabs..you could be the author of them and want to share ).
the site is under construction, but it's planned to add "report ilegal" button to uploaded files..
and if some tab author contact us telling they don't want the file there, we automatically remove it.
